BUTTER BISCUIT

     Ingredients

• 200gm - Biscuit maida
• 100gm - Sugar powder
• 100gm - Biscuit margarine(Marvo pride)
• 1/4tsp  - Salt
• 1/8tsp  - Baking soda
• 15ml    - Milk
• 1/2tsp  - Vanilla essence
• 1/4tsp  - Butter flavour                                                        

     Preparation

1. Sieve all the dry ingredients together twice and keep it separately 
2. Cream biscuit margarine along with sugar powder till light and creamy.
3. Add sieved maida in it
4. Lastly add milk mixture(milk and vanilla,butter essence)make soft and smooth dough.
5. Roll the biscuit dough with the help of rolling pin  to 4mm thickness and cut it with the help of biscuit cutter
6. Arrange it  in a baking tray.
7. Keep the tray in the pre-heated oven
8. Bake @ 150degree centigrade for 15 minutes.
9. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely
10. Store in an airtight container.
