Caramel sauce is made by mixing caramelized sugar with cream. Depending on the intended application, additional ingredients such as butter, fruit purees, liquors, or vanilla can be used. Caramel sauce is used in a variety of desserts, especially as a topping for ice cream.
140gm - Biscuit maida
150gm - sugar powder
100gm - Biscuit margarine (Marvo pride)
1no - Egg
1/4tsp - Salt
1/8tsp - Baking soda
1tsp - Caramel
100gm - Choco-chip
1/2tsp - vanilla essence
Sieve all the dry ingredients together twice and keep them separately (after that coat choco-chip init) and keep aside.
Cream the Marvo fat and sugar powder in one direction(so it will incorporate the air) in it. either clockwise or anticlockwise direction till it should be smooth and creamy.
In another bowl whisk egg salt, vanilla essence, and caramel keep aside.
Add egg little by little to the creamed mixture and cream till it should be more soft and creamy.
The above mixture put into the dry ingredients bowl and mix evenly to get smooth and sticky dough(the consistency it should be dropping) if u hold in a finger it should drop itself.
Scoop it out with ice cream scooper.
Keep the tray in the pre-heated oven
Bake @ 160degree centigrade for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely
Store in an airtight container.
